I use Virtualdub to edit video

After installing old version of video editing software, I found that it can't handle my video which in Avi format. After a while I figure out that this old software can't read new avi format and to use it I have to convert my video to old Avi Format.
So, now the question is, how to convert my avi to old avi...and the answer is Virtualdub. I open my video using virtualdub and save it back to old avi format.

Reduce wifi range

Many people want to improve the range of their wireless network but some people want to reduce it. This morning one guy ask me how to reduce his wifi range at home. My quick answer is hide the router inside a box, table or cupboard.

Put igoogle tab back on top

At the office where I use IE, my igoogle tabs were on top, but when I'm using firefox at home my igoogle tabs are at the side.
Google for that, I found that to put igoogle tab back on top (in firefox) is by adding gadget call "Tabs Back On Top".

Formatting 400gb usb stick

One friend just bought 400gb usb stick, it is in RAW format. He tried to format it but failed. My suggestion :

1. Try format it via dos prompt, if using Vista at "Start Search" type cmd and at dos prompt type format:k "or whatever your usb stick drive letter is"

Open docx file without office 2007

Someone sent you a word 2007 file and you cannot open it because you dont have office 2007 installed on your computer. What you can do is upload the docx document to google doc and open it to view or to edit it. You can also download it back to your computer as doc file.
